For those looking for a one off form review or training plan (provided every six months)
The one off one
Form review and follow up report.
One hour session reviewing your form through different paces, gradients etc. Advice on drills and exercises to address any weaknesses. Detailed report, including photos of your technique and recommendations for follow-up.
The remote one
Bespoke training plan created for you following a detailed consultation with you via Zoom/phone call.
Running coaching
All running coaching packages last six weeks and include:
- A personalised bespoke plan and running guide.
- One in person running session per six weeks, with the option to buy more.
- Regular communication via Whatsapp or Facebook messenger – ask a question whenever you want and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
- Unwavering support, infectious enthusiasm and belief in you from day one. We’re a team.
The in person one
For those who have completed the starter one and want to continue in person. Available as 6 week blocks
The paired one
Same plan and joint running sessions – ideal for people training together for the same race race.

Running coaching + S&C. A training plan, an in-person coaching session and either a 1:1 or two group classes at the Pod.

Your Questions Answered
Got questions about running coaching? We’ve got the answers you need.
A coaching session will be designed for you, usually a mixture of intervals (short and long). We’ll arrange a mutually convenient location based on the session.
I’ll coach you through the session, often running/cycling next to you, providing feedback on form, technique and mental strategies to push through the session and build your tool box for the future.
Most clients will start on the Starter one – a six week plan where we get to know each other better, and you can see if running coaching is for you.
If you wish to continue, you then move to the in person one.
Training with someone? Then you’ll want the Paired one.
Want S&C included? Then go for the full package.
I provide a six week training plan, with colour coding and notes on how to run the sessions delivered via word document (so you can add your own notes).
I don’t set limits on communication. We’re a coaching partnership, and that means being around when you need me.
Of course, I might be unavailable for a period (likely running an ultra), but you’ll know in advance. So don’t worry about getting in touch – drop me a line and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
You can easily make payments through my website which will take you to stripe via credit card. Some of the packages are subscriptions, so do check carefully before booking! If you have any questions or run into issues, just let me know.
I monitor your progress through Strava more generally, and through regular testing (including via sessions and racing). Your feedback though is the most important progress tool, how did it feel, where you able to push, what held you back?
I don’t (currently) use training platforms which incur fees, in order to keep my prices affordable.
