Let me introduce myself,
I’m Polly, a UKA qualified running coach and UKSCA accredited S&C trainer and I’m here to help you achieve more than you thought possible.
Yes, really.
Coaching is often seen as something only advanced runners do. “I’m not fast enough for a coach”. “I’m not good enough for a coach”. But coaching can help all kinds of runners, from those looking to build a consistent routine to tackling a new challenge, or helping you gain the confidence to run further and faster, while keeping injury free.

Why choose me as your coach?
I work with regular runners who all have goals which feel scary to them; from running their first ultra to achieving a sub-1 hour 10 km. I work with people who struggle to find the time to run, who are just starting out as well as those seeking regional and national qualification standards. All my clients have the same thing in common – they are brilliant, but they don’t necessarily recognise it. That’s where I come in.
I provide bespoke training plans which not only consider your running, but your life too. I offer strength and conditioning (S&C), both individually and through classes, to compliment your running and address issues before they become injuries. I coach in person in Monmouthshire/Newport and the surrounding areas and have online only options too.
